Johannes Vlasoff possesses extensive experience in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and military operations, currently serving as Operations Coordinator, Operations Mentor, and EOD/C-IED Mentor at BANCROFT GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT since 2014. Prior roles include Squad Leader of the Finnish IEDD Detachment with Karelia Brigade and EOD/IEDD Course Commander and Instructor at the Finnish Military Engineer and CBRN Defence School. Johannes Vlasoff also contributed as an IEDD Operator for ISAF, and held the position of Platoon Leader and instructor with the 1st Engineer (EOD) Company of the Finnish Defence Forces. Early military training includes serving as a Ranger Instructor within the Finnish Defence Forces. Johannes Vlasoff received education at the Army Academy in Lappeenranta, Finland from 2004 to 2005.
