BAND-IT IDEX
Bai Kiet Tran is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and process engineering. Currently serving as Product Engineer III at BAND-IT IDEX since July 2004, Bai Kiet Tran has implemented continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Prior roles at BAND-IT IDEX include Process Engineer II and Lead Design Engineer, overseeing the Sustaining Engineering Department and managing the Engineering Change Request process. Earlier experience includes working as a Machine Research Engineer at Axis, Inc, contracted to Caterpillar, where innovations in sound and cooling technologies were developed. Bai Kiet Tran holds a B.S. in Engineering with a Mechanical Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines, earned between 1996 and 2000.
