Ian Sobieski

Ian Sobieski has extensive work experience in the venture capital and investment industry. Ian started their career as a Research Engineer at Kaman Aerospace Corporation from 1991 to 1993. Ian then worked as a Post Doctoral Scholar at Stanford University from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Band of Angels Venture Fund as a Managing Director, a position they held until 2016. Ian also served as a Managing Director for Band of Angels during this time. Ian'sexpertise and experience in venture capital make him highly qualified in this field.

Ian Sobieski attended Stanford University from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Prior to Stanford, Ian completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy at Virginia Tech from 1987 to 1991.
