Jack Grow is BGI’s Technical Director of Environmental Projects in New Mexico. He is primarily responsible for environmental program oversight and technical excellence. Additionally, he coordinates technical and costing aspects of proposals and assists with environmental business development.
Jack began his career in 2009 as a petroleum geologist for a global company and spent 7.5 years in the oil and gas industry. In that role, he was responsible for geoscience applications to exploration and operations in the onshore United States and Gulf of Mexico, including subsurface data analysis, mapping, correlation, and modeling. He created, tested, implemented, and standardized geologic operations workflows and trained new operations geologists to meet operational excellence standards.
For the past 6.5 years, Jack has worked in Los Alamos participating in costing, planning, field-leading, data analysis, managing, and project preparation as well as delivering presentations and reports to stakeholders for various environmental remediation and monitoring projects. He has planned and executed projects ranging from $800,000 to $25 million and currently oversees a multi-million-dollar environmental program.
