John Geren

John Geren, Director of Client Services, has over 22 years of experience employed in Environmental, Health and Safety management and over 32 years’ experience in training and developing training curriculum. Mr. Geren oversees BGI’s commercial region and is responsible for managing projects for high-tech clientele. Mr. Geren has been a part of the BGI Team since 2006 and has been instrumental in cultivating strong safety culture.

Mr. Geren has developed and implemented world class safety programs on multiple large-scale construction projects. He has developed and delivered specific safety training curriculum and new contractor orientation for a myriad of clients/projects, training over 20,000 employees and construction contractors in safe working practices and protocols. He has developed work process control training programs and is the author of a trademarked P.A.U.S.E. (Plan and Use Safety Everyday) workshop. P.A.U.S.E. uses a combination of behavioral based safety and leadership/management techniques. As Director of the Commercial Region, Mr. Geren is responsible for the growth and success of the commercial clients and is located in the Chandler Office.
