Joseph Sena

Joe Sena is BGI’s Director of Government Operations, he works to support government projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratory, and Oakridge Tennessee. Most recently, Mr. Sena was employed as the acting Manager of Projects for the environmental restoration and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Remediation Program at Newport News Nuclear BWXT-Los Alamos (N3B). In this position he was responsible for the management and implementation of the Water Program’s scope and mission, as well as the oversight of its critical subcontractors.
