Kyleen Demember

Kyleen DeMember is BGI’s Human Resources (HR) Manager and plays a key role in planning, organizing and executing HR programs. Her responsibilities include a wide variety of HR related duties including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee retention and development.

Mrs. DeMember has extensive experience in Construction/HR Management with emphasis in employee relations, HR operations, policies and procedures. She is proficient in HR Development, including development of organization culture and developing company culture. She has served as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Officer for over a decade, forming bridges with employees and company initiatives. She is instrumental in streamlining HR processes to accomplish business goals and advance the company vision.

Mrs. DeMember holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
