Kenji Washida has extensive experience in brand strategy, marketing, and management in the toy and collectibles industry. Kenji started their career at Mattel, Inc. as a National Sales Manager, where they played a key role in establishing the company's presence in the Japanese toy market. Kenji then joined The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Manager, overseeing licensees/vendor management, contract negotiations, and property management for toy lines.
