Shuhei Hokari

Shuhei Hokari is an experienced professional in the licensing business, currently serving as the IP Strategy Director and head of licensing business at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. since April 2019. In this role, Shuhei develops global brand strategies for iconic franchises such as PAC-MAN, TEKKEN, and DARK SOULS, while also managing the licensing team in the USA. Previously, Shuhei held similar positions at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe SAS and BANDAI NAMCO Games Europe SAS, overseeing licensing strategies for Europe. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Namco brand manager and a business associate at BANDAI NAMCO Games, focusing on marketing strategy and consumer research. Shuhei's education includes a degree in international development from Nagoya University and studies at several other universities, including Växjö University, Willamette University, and Tokyo International University.
