Tom Bonnike

Tom Bonnike is a Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently working on the payments team at Bandcamp since March 2023. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Shopify from June 2020 to February 2023, where Tom specialized in KYC compliance and led a significant project affecting over 100,000 active merchants. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Front-end Engineer at N26, focusing on the migration of web projects to a modern tech stack with an emphasis on accessibility and security. Tom began the career journey with internships as a Web Developer at Edenspiekermann and SID LEE. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Web Engineering from HETIC, attained in 2018.
