Harsh Puri

Harsh Puri is currently part of the Founder's Office at Bandhan Bank, where responsibilities include building Excel and Power BI dashboards for over 1,000 branches and more than 60,000 staff to track key performance indicators for Community Based Organization decision-making. Significant contributions include co-designing a pan-India Rural Training and Development campaign, which defined KPIs and execution strategy, resulting in a 12% growth in the Rural Training and Development book, amounting to approximately ₹6,500 Crore. Previously, Harsh Puri served as a Project Trainee at EY, focusing on stakeholder management and market research. Harsh Puri is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand.
