Indranil Roy Choudhury

Indranil Roy Choudhury has extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Indranil started their career at HSBC in 2006 as an AVP HR Operations & Business Support, where they handled end-to-end HR operations for Eastern India and managed a team of seven HR professionals. Indranil was responsible for payroll governance, employee lifecycle management, and handling government labor inspections, among other duties. In 2017, they joined Bandhan Bank as the Head of HR Operations & Compliance, overseeing HR activities for a workforce of around 75,000 employees across the country. Their role includes strategic planning, supervision, and monitoring of HR operations.

Indranil Roy Choudhury has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The ICFAI University. Indranil also holds a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in General Law, Labour Law from Vinoba Bhave University and a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
