Gauri Kshirsagar is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in automation testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President and Principal Software Engineer in Automation Testing at Bandhan Life since February 2022, Gauri also mentors students at Katalyst India. Previous roles span from Senior Tech Lead QA and Lead Consultant at Saksoft to Senior QA Engineer at Faichi Solutions. Gauri's extensive experience includes developing automated test scripts, conducting comprehensive testing phases, resource planning, and project management. A graduate with a Master of Computer Applications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Gauri has held significant positions at various prestigious organizations including Emerson Innovation Center, Persistent Systems Ltd, and BMC Software Pvt Ltd, where skills in Agile methodologies and automated test development were honed.
