Mitu has a proven track record in strategic communication and leadership as a first-generation entrepreneur, professional coach, and thought leader. She is the founder of Eminence, a boutique brand consultancy. She serves as an Independent Director on the boards of multiple Times Group companies.

Mitu has a master’s in economics from Mumbai University and holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
