Sandeep Kushwaha

Sandeep Kushwaha is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Analytics at Bandhan Life, Sandeep has previously held senior positions at Aegon, including Senior Vice President & Head of Analytics, as well as Vice President & Head of Analytics and Deputy Vice President in Analytics. Additionally, Sandeep served as Associate Director and Head of Marketing & Analytics at Aegon Insights. Earlier in the career, Sandeep worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where roles included Group Leader and Team Leader in Analytics. Sandeep began the professional journey at Mu Sigma as a Business Analyst. Sandeep holds a B.Tech - M.Tech (Dual) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed in 2008.
