Sunita Rath

Ms Sunita Rath is the Chief People Officer at Aegon Life. She brings with her a rich experience of close to 25 years in the BFSI, IT and Mining sector. Before joining Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited she worked as Executive Director, Global Head of HR and India Head of HR for Technology Division at Nomura Services Pvt. Ltd, responsible for Strategic Human Capital Management and improving the Organizational Effectiveness by aligning the employees and systems with business objectives and organizational culture.

Sunita holds an M. Phil. (PM & IR) – Training & Development & M. A. (PM & IR) degree from the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
