Aileen Stela Tudu has been working in the professional world since 2017. Aileen Stela began their career as a Trainee at Vivanta by Taj. In 2021, they were hired as a Marketing Intern at Samyog Health Foods Pvt.Ltd. and is currently employed as a Regional Sales Manager at Bandhoo Solutions since 2022.

Aileen Stela Tudu has completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, which they attended from 2020 to 2022.
