Courtney Berry is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in brand management and advertising. Currently serving as President and Founder of Bandits & Friends since August 2023, Courtney previously worked as Managing Director at Barbarian from April 2018 to July 2023, overseeing notable clients such as American Express, Samsung, and Fenty Beauty. As Group Business Director at Grey Group from October 2012 to April 2018, responsibilities included directing accounts for Gillette and the NFL, along with leading Pantene's advertising efforts in North and Latin America. Additional roles include Global Account Director at BETC Paris and positions at Havas Worldwide and Publicis New York, managing major brands in the beauty and skincare sectors. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Journalism from Washington and Lee University and completed an executive program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2021.
