Binita Raval, MAIBP, currently serves as a Sr. Program Manager at Bandwidth Inc., leading key strategic initiatives to enhance product scalability and customer experience since April 2022. Previously, Binita held the position of Director of Program Management at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where leadership of a seven-member team focused on customer experience and operational excellence earned recognition with the 2019 Dean's Award for Outstanding Service. Additional experience includes consulting for Microsoft on the DigiGirlz program and various program management roles at the Institute for Defense and Business, shaping organizational processes and participant engagement. Binita holds a Master of Arts in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, & Defense and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
