Emily Crandall Harlan

Emily Crandall Harlan serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Bandwidth Inc. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Emily accumulated significant experience at Nixon Peabody LLP from September 2008 to November 2018, where Emily held positions as Partner and Associate. Before that, Emily was a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at Nixon Peabody LLP in 2007, and a Summer Associate at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel in 2006. Emily began the legal career as a Paralegal and Law Clerk at Covington & Burling from 2002 to 2006 and as a Paralegal at Jenner & Block from 2001 to 2002. Emily earned a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2008 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Linguistics and Italian/European Studies from Duke University, obtained in 2001.
