Joel Duhon

Joel Duhon is an experienced product and program manager with a strong background in the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Senior Program Manager at Bandwidth Inc. since December 2020, Joel has held significant roles at Nawah Energy Company, where responsibilities included managing the Corrective Action Program and leading Nuclear Performance Improvement initiatives from June 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, Joel worked at Duke Energy Corporation for over six years in various positions focused on organizational effectiveness and performance improvement. Joel's career began at Progress Energy and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, where foundational experience included engineering and assessment roles. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University between 1995 and 1999.
