Matt Phillips has extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as an Agile Transformation Coach at Bandwidth Inc. since April 2020. Previously, Matt held the role of Agile Coach at Sonatype from 2016 to 2020 and was the Senior Director of the Agile Practices Group at Digital Turbine from 2011 to 2016. Earlier positions include managerial and engineering roles at Lulu.com and Motricity, as well as development positions at IBM, TherapyEdge, Smart Online, and the National Institutes of Health. Matt holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy from East Carolina University, complementing earlier studies at North Carolina State University.
