Rebecca Bottorff is currently the Chief People Officer at Bandwidth. Rebecca has previous experience as the Vice President of Human Resources for both Motricity and Konover Property Trust. Rebecca has also served as the President of Venture Savvy Consulting Group. Rebecca has a long history of helping businesses scale and mature their operations while also increasing management team capabilities. Rebecca is also experienced in aligning HR with strategic plans. Under their leadership, companies have hired best-in-class talent who are dedicated to the company’s mission and who have successfully scaled and matured their respective operations.

Rebecca Bottorff has a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Crisis Counseling Certification from Miami University in Business Management & Behavioral Sciences.
