Tom Bandy

Tom Bandy is the Founder and CEO of BandyWorks, a position held since March 2005. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Bandy serves as a member of the Virginia State University - Reginald F Lewis Business School Advisory Council, chairing the IT committee since September 2010. Previously, Bandy was the Chairman of the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce until September 2017 and contributed to the IT Advisory Council at John Tyler Community College from March 2009 to May 2014, reviewing curriculum and discussing technology trends. Bandy also held positions as a board member for The Savvy Non-Rev, Vice President at Mapcom Systems, and Senior Vice President at The Whitlock Group ebs, achieving significant sales growth in both roles. Prior experience includes being the CEO of The Database Solutions Company from 1983 to 1998 and owning Information Systems Group. Tom Bandy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia between 1978 and 1982.
