Lynne Farrell

Lynne Farrell is a seasoned nursing executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Bane Care Management LLC since November 2017, Lynne previously held the role of Regional Clinical Director at Gardner Rehabilitation for a brief period in 2017, and from 2013 to 2017 served as Director of Nursing at Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Lynne’s career in nursing began at Golden Living, where responsibilities included RN Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Service Consultant from 2003 to 2013. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State University and a Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from Youville Hospital School of Nursing.
