Mads Søndergaard is currently the Assistant Director for the ERTMS implementation on the Danish railway at Banedanmark, where they collaborate with a team of 80 dedicated employees to oversee infrastructure contracts. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, Mads served as a Project Manager for the ERTMS implementation in West Denmark, leading a diverse team of over 30 members. Their earlier experience includes roles as an HR Assistant at TeliaSonera and a Project Consultant at Kim Johansen Transport Group. Mads holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
