Chris Stinnett

Division Vice President, Operations at Banfield Pet Hospital

Chris Stinnett has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris started their career in 1996 as an Area Director at Thomas & King, where they were responsible for the operational management of seven restaurants. During their time there, they demonstrated a talent for developing staff and providing valuable feedback to the corporate office.

In 2008, Chris joined Banfield Pet Hospital, where they held various leadership roles. Chris served as a Field Director, overseeing 23 hospitals and leading the emergence market to significant revenue and earnings growth. Chris then became the Director of Charter Operations, responsible for the operations of 149 franchise hospitals in multiple states.

Chris continued to climb the corporate ladder at Banfield Pet Hospital and was appointed as the Senior Director of Hospital Operations, responsible for strategic operations planning and continuous process improvement across the organization. Chris later became the Vice President of Hospital Acquisition & Integration, leading the development and execution of acquisition strategies.

Their next role was as the Vice President of Enterprise Information Systems, where they managed IT operations and infrastructure for over 1,000 hospitals in multiple states and countries. Chris successfully deployed a modern, cloud-based phone system across the network.

Most recently, Chris served as the Vice President of Strategic Execution, where they built a new organizational capability focused on innovation and internal audit. Chris developed guidelines for an innovation pipeline and implemented a "Labor Model of the Future" that significantly increased productivity across the hospital network.

Throughout their career, Chris has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, accountability for operational and profit/loss responsibilities, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives for business growth.
