Jessica Wickersham

Jessica Wickersham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT planning, governance, and vendor management. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager of IT Planning and Governance at Banfield Pet Hospital since March 2013, Jessica has held several key roles within the organization, including Program Manager and Sr. Analyst in IT Services. Prior to Banfield, Jessica worked at MegaPath as a Senior Vendor Manager, where management of over 40 access vendors and contract negotiations were primary responsibilities. At EarthLink Business, Jessica served as Manager of Vendor Management, overseeing 200 national vendors and leading a team in various operational tasks. Experience also includes managing installation subcontractors at New Edge Networks and working in Quality Assurance and Customer Service at Electric Lightwave. Jessica holds an Associate of Arts degree from Clark College.
