Liz McKinley - Real Estate

Liz McKinley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in site selection, deal negotiation, and real estate management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Real Estate Site Selection at Banfield Pet Hospital, Liz manages site selection and negotiations for new veterinary hospitals in the western United States. As Managing Partner at Liz M Properties, Liz oversees property advisory services, including market strategy and site selection. Previous positions include Real Estate Manager at Five Below, Vice President of Real Estate Development at KZ Companies, Associate Director of Asset Management at Realty Income Corporation, and Director of Real Estate at Petco, where Liz launched over 400 stores and generated over $1 billion in new sales. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from James Madison University.
