Marisa Cañizares

Marisa Cañizares has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marisa started their career at Daimler Trucks North America in 2005, where they served as an Executive Assistant and later as an International Sales Coordinator. In 2009, they joined EdithForge as a Marketing Coordinator before transitioning to a role as a Human Resources Assistant at MarketFrames Group LLC. In 2012, Marisa joined Express Employment Professionals as a Professional Recruiter & HR Manager, and later became a Talent Acquisition Manager. Their most recent position is with Banfield Pet Hospital, where they have held the roles of Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Marisa Cañizares completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at Lincoln High School. Marisa then attended the University of Oregon from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Studies. In 2004, they briefly studied Spanish, History and Culture, and Art History at the Interamerican University Studies Institute.
