Director Of Veterinary Quality at Banfield Pet Hospital

Michelle Boatright began their work experience in 2008 at Texas A&M University as a Surgery Veterinary Technician, where they gained valuable skills in surgery. In 2013, they also completed a Veterinary Student Externship at Irwin Wildlife Hospital, where they worked with a variety of wildlife species. After that, they joined Banfield Pet Hospital as a Veterinarian, focusing on small animal internal medicine, emergency medicine, and soft tissue surgery. Michelle later became the Chief of Staff, where they aimed to inspire and lead their team. Currently, they are the Director of Veterinary Quality at Banfield Pet Hospital.

Michelle Boatright earned their Bachelor's of Science in Biology, General from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2003 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the same institution from 2009 to 2013.
