Monique Beaudreau

Monique Beaudreau has over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Sr Manager P&O (HR) Systems and previously as Senior Manager of the HRIS Team at Banfield Pet Hospital since March 2005. Prior to this role, Monique was the Owner of Moe's Barbershop LLC from August 2004 to May 2020, specializing in barbering and styling. Additionally, Monique held the position of Mgr Sales Compensation Administration at New Edge Networks from September 2000 to March 2005 and worked as Retirement Plans Dept Coordinator at Washington Mutual Bank from February 1997 to August 2000. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed in December 1994.
