Taylor Sartor

Taylor Sartor, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in operations support, particularly within Banfield Pet Hospital since April 2014. In various roles, including Sr. Program Manager and Program Manager, Taylor has driven innovative projects aimed at enhancing doctor retention and overcoming operational challenges. Responsibilities have included managing cross-functional teams, executing national pilot programs, and overseeing complex IT integrations. Taylor possesses a strong background in change management, having obtained a Project Management Professional credential, and has a history of leadership and training in both veterinary and guest services sectors, previously holding positions at The Walt Disney Company. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
