Wendy Cordon

Wendy Cordon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Wendy began their career in 1997 as a District Apparel Merchant at Sears Holdings Corporation. Wendy then worked at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Store General Manager, responsible for maximizing sales and profits. After that, they became a District In-Store Marketing and Operations Manager, where they instructed and trained retail units on merchandising and sales support processes. Wendy later joined Sears as a District Manager, overseeing talent management and district-level operations. In 2009, they transitioned to the Banfield Pet Hospital, starting as a Field Director and progressing to roles such as Sr. Manager of Process Improvement & Innovation, Sr. Manager of Process Management Hospital Acquisitions & Integration, and Sr. Director of Operations Development. Their roles at Banfield involved implementing process improvements, overseeing hospital acquisitions, and supporting new hospital openings.
