Nicolai Ellehuus (He/his)

Nicolai Ellehuus is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Bang & Olufsen, responsible for Compliance, Data Privacy, Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management and Quality Management System. Prior to this, he was with Radiometer as Chief Compliance Officer from February 2018 to May 2019. Nicolai has also been with Mundipharma as General Counsel / Head of Legal and Compliance and Alliance Management and member of the Leadership Team from November 2013 to February 2018.

Ellehuus began his career in the financial sector as Group AML Officer at Saxo Bank after which he joined Novo Nordisk as a Corporate Counsel, ensuring compliance with a Deferred Prosecution Agreement and a Corporate Integrity Agreement.

Nicolai Ellehuus has a masters from the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law, studied LL.M studies at University of Wisconsin - Madison and a degree from Université Pierre Mendès - France (Grenoble II). He is attorney-at-law and member of the Danish Bar (deposited as working inhouse currently).

He reports to Line Køhler Ljungdahl, EVP Chief Legal Officer.
