Oliver Scheuregger

Oliver Scheuregger is a seasoned technology engineer specializing in spatial audio, currently serving as a Senior Technology Engineer at Bang & Olufsen since December 2021. Previously, Oliver held the position of Tonmeister and spatial audio engineer at Fraunhofer IIS from July 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading research on the Fraunhofer CINGO solution for spatial audio on mobile devices, focusing on psychoacoustics and algorithm development. Oliver also contributed as a Research Assistant at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, investigating the effects of hearing loss on sound perception, and has a background in software development for 3D audio systems. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Engineering Acoustics from DTU and a BMus in Tonmeister from the University of Surrey.
