Anand Fernandes

Anand Fernandes is a civil engineer with extensive experience in metro rail projects. Currently serving as an Assistant Executive Engineer at Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited since July 2016, Anand is involved in the casting yard operations for a 7.502 km segment, focusing on I-GIRDER components and pier cross arms. Prior to this role, Anand worked as an engineer at RITES LTD from September 2009, contributing to the casting of precast post and pre-tension RCC girders across multiple Bangalore metro stations. From September 2013 to 2016, Anand was associated with the Kochi Metro Rail Corporation, working on the 25.2 km Kochi metro project. Anand holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering from RV College of Engineering, completed in 2008.
