Atul Kulshrestha

Atul Kulshrestha has extensive experience spanning 32 years in strategy, planning, operations, and execution of infrastructure projects. Atul has held leadership roles in multi-stakeholder and multi-sector projects and has been instrumental in various aspects such as land acquisitions, detailed planning, and vendor management. Atul has successfully implemented prestigious turn-key projects including defense infrastructure, urban and rural development, and office and residential mega projects. Atul Kulshrestha's work experience includes their role as Deputy Chief Engineer at Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited since December 2017. Prior to that, they served in the Indian Army as a Colonel in the Corps of Engineers from February 1987 to November 2017.

From 1981 to 1985, Atul Kulshrestha studied Civil Engineering at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
