Matt Baker has a strong background in education, particularly in the field of science. Matt first worked at The Stourport High School & VIth Form College as a Physics Teacher from August 2004 to July 2005. Matt then moved on to The Regent's International School Bangkok as Head of Science, where they worked from August 2005 to June 2010. Following this, they joined Bangkok Patana School as their Head of Science in August 2010, where they are currently employed.
Matt Baker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Manchester from 1993 to 1996. In addition, they obtained the Child Protection Refresher for International Schools certification from Tes in 2022.
