Maheen Tarver

Maheen Tarver has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Maheen is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bangla Institute since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Hypersomnia Foundation, Inc. from August 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they were a Project Coordinator at Change Associates, specifically working on the HERproject of BSR from February 2014 to December 2014. Maheen also worked as a Sr. Executive in the Environment department at DIRD Group from January 2012 to February 2014.

Maheen Tarver has a Master's Degree in Natural Resource - Flood Plain & Disaster Management from Independent University, Bangladesh, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Environmental Science from North South University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Before entering university, Maheen completed their high school education and graduated from Layton Christian Academy in 2006, obtaining a High School/Secondary Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the IRCA Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 14001 from IRCA in May 2013.
