Erik Aas

Erik Aas is the current CEO at Banglalink. Prior to this, they were the Project Director at Telenor Asia from April 2001 to May 2002. Erik has also held positions as the Senior Specialist at Norwegian Defence from March 1992 to January 1997, and the CEO at PT AXIS Telekom Indonesia from October 2007 to March 2014. Most recently, they were the CEO at GrameenPhone from October 2004 to September 2007. Erik has also been the CMO at DiGi Telecommunications from June 2002 to October 2004, and the Director of Data Networks at Telenor from January 1997 to March 2001.

Erik Aas has an EMBA from IMD (International Institute for Management Development), an MSC in Electronics Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and they are an International Director from INSEAD. Erik also has an Officer Candidate School from the Royal Norwegian Navy.
