Md. Khaledul Hasan has a diverse work experience. Md. Khaledul started their career in 2003 at NIIT as a Center Manager. Later, they transitioned to Grameenphone Ltd in 2006, holding various roles in marketing and innovation until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at banglalink, where they have held several leadership positions in areas such as Commercial Planning, Loyalty & Partnership, and Digital Distribution. Md. Khaledul'sresponsibilities have included market research, strategy development, and leading projects for digital growth and revenue generation.

Md. Khaledul Hasan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Soil, Water, and Environment from the University of Dhaka in 2001. Md. Khaledul then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from BRAC University between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained a 3-year professional Diploma (GNIIT) in Software Engineering from NIIT Pune from 2000 to 2003. Furthermore, they completed their HSC in Science from Notre Dame College between 1995 and 1997. Md. Khaledul also obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership development, financial analysis, and design thinking from institutions like INSEAD Executive Education and LinkedIn.
