Zia Hasan Khan began their educational journey in 1980 at Banani Biddya Niketon, where they completed their SSC degree in Science. Zia Hasan continued their studies with an HSC degree in Science from Adamjee Cantonment College in 1992. Zia further pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Commerce from Govt. Titumir College in 1994. Zia Hasan completed a Masters in Management from Jogannath University in 1996 and then finished the CA Course in Accounting and Finance at SF Ahmed & Company, Chartered Accountants from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Southeast University (BD) from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in leadership, accounting, financial analysis, business analysis, and lean six sigma techniques from different platforms and institutions.
