Carolyn Fish

Carolyn came to Maine after her father, a Maine native, returned to his home state after retiring from the military. After high school, she attended college in Boston and returned to Maine, where she accepted a position with the Penobscot Consortium, now Job Corp. She was an intake specialist, where she coordinated enhanced skill training or education to help empower clients to be self-sufficient and independent. In 1981 she became a licensed real estate agent and has been actively involved with countless families with their transitions in and out of the greater Bangor area. Carolyn has served as chair and on various committees, including, but not limited to, the Greater Bangor Board of Associations Education Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. She is a past Board President. During that time she bought in innovative fresh ideas that benefited the board members and clients such as Reals on Wheels, Strategic Planning, and revision of the by-laws. She's a past member of the Women's Business Development Corporation and was on their Mentor Protegee Committee as a Mentor. More recently, Carolyn is on the Professional Standards Committee with the Greater Bangor Board of Realtors and is a Maine Association of Realtors mediator and ombudsman. She resides in Bangor with her husband and golden doodle.
