Christopher Lobley, MBA, has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President at Bangor Savings Bank since November 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the bank’s distance banking service, contributing to significant productivity and efficiency growth, and spearheading technological advancements within the contact center. Previously, Christopher held the position of Assistant Vice President at Bank of America from September 2000 to October 2011, focusing on contact center operations, including collections, underwriting, and various leadership roles. Earlier career experience includes working as a Collections Specialist at Machias Savings Bank. Christopher holds an MBA in Organizational Management from Husson University and has participated in various leadership training programs, further demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from the University of Maine at Machias.
