Hyemi Draheim is an experienced professional in talent and diversity with a career spanning over two decades in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Diversity at Bangor Savings Bank since March 2016, Hyemi has previously held multiple positions within the bank, including Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Service Representative at TD and several managerial positions at Coach and Old Navy, where Hyemi focused on sales performance, customer experience, and logistics management. Hyemi holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine and has foundational education from York High School.
