Dona Padan

Dona Padan is an experienced Marketing and Recruitment Manager currently serving at Bangor University since November 2010, responsible for developing and managing a college-wide marketing function tailored to diverse disciplines. Dona previously held the position of Marketing and Recruitment Manager (Overseas) at the College of Arts, Humanities and Business, focusing on international student recruitment strategies and market research. Prior experience includes roles at Coleg Cambria, where Dona was an International Marketing and Recruitment Officer and a Bilingual Champion, and as an Enterprise Development Officer to foster entrepreneurship among students. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Houseroom Manager at ARAN HALL SCHOOL LIMITED, catering to young adults with challenging behaviors. Dona holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Welsh from Aberystwyth University.
