Shyam Rathi

Shyam Rathi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies in the media and entertainment sector. Currently, Shyam serves as Group CFO for Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India since July 2018, overseeing finance, strategy, legal, and human resources. Prior to this, Shyam held multiple positions at Endemol Shine India and has demonstrated strong strategic capabilities at CA Media and Sony Pictures Networks India. Shyam began a career at ACC Limited, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO of the Concrete Business. Academically, Shyam is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance.
