Xania Blackburn

Xania Blackburn is an experienced marketing and events professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Events at Banijay since September 2020. Prior to this role, Xania held various positions at Endemol Shine Group from March 2015, including Senior Manager of Marketing and Internal Communications, as well as Manager of Marketing and Communications. Xania's career began at Shine Group in March 2005, where responsibilities included Project Manager for Internal Communications and Events, and Assistant to Elisabeth Murdoch.
