Samia Moktar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Samia started their career as a Trainee Reporter at AlJazeera International News Channel in 2008, where they conducted research, wrote scripts, and generated news story ideas. Samia then worked as a Co-Teacher at Smart Village International School, where they taught and supervised children, coordinated between various departments, and collaborated with parents. In 2009, Samia joined Bullseye Production & Zodiak Ent & Zodiak Rights as a Senior/Sales Coordinator, where their responsibilities included supporting senior sales executives, managing sales into multiple regions, and handling clip sales. Samia subsequently became a Sales Executive at Zodiak Rights from 2015 to 2018, focusing on sales activities. Samia later joined Banijay Rights in 2018 as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales across various regions globally. Samia then advanced to the role of VP Sales Banijay Rights in September 2020, where they continue to lead sales efforts. Throughout their career, Samia has demonstrated strong sales skills, coordination abilities, teaching expertise, and journalistic talents.

Samia Moktar attended Kingston University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in English Linguistics with Journalism. Prior to that, they attended Harrow Weald College from 2002 to 2004, completing A levels in English Language, Media Studies, and Psychology.
